Yes please 😀. To secure and lock in your Pet’s Experience, a small booking deposit of $100 is required.

Don’t worry—this deposit will be fully credited toward any artwork you choose when we show you the photos. A small piece of artwork is included in your Pet Portrait Experience, and there’s absolutely no pressure to spend anything beyond that.

As a small business, this deposit helps me ensure I can give you and your pet the best Experience possible. If you decide not to order any additional artwork, we will happily refund your deposit in full.

Not at all! We love photographing and have experience working with a huge variety of animals. From kangaroos to koalas, cockatoos to cats, dogs to diamond pythons, the list goes on.  There isn't an animal we wouldn’t be willing to photograph. 

The Studio is open by appointment, Thursday – Saturday, with photography sessions held between 10 am and 7 pm.

Yes. We understand that sometimes, having a lasting memory of your pet can be urgent.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests; however, please note that there may be an additional charge for an out-of-hours studio session

A Tame & Wild Pet Portrait Experience is for up to two pets from one household. 

We are happy to photograph additional pets… contact us to discuss.

Our Studio provides a safe and professional environment for your pet, complete with all the toys and treats an animal could want.

The Studio also allows us to capture images in the renowned Tame & Wild style.

As we have this space, we don't usually shoot on location; however, as we do work with pets with disabilities and special needs, we understand that transportation to our Studio isn’t always a viable option.

We have a range of toys and treats in the studio, so you’re not required to bring anything. 

That said, as our goal is to make the session enjoyable for you and your pet, we do welcome any special toys or treats that may help your animal get extra comfortable.

Yes, we do. Included with the Pet Portrait Experience is 12 months of complimentary storage.

We won't be using any sales techniques that make you or your pets feel like fish out of water. No cheesy sales pitches that make you want to flea, no sneaky tactics that make you feel like you're being herded like cattle.

At the end of the 12 months you will have the opportunity to extend the archival of your images at a cost of $30 per year.
